Waste management is a global problem for the whole world. In 2019, we produced 2.1 billion tonnes of waste worldwide. There are more and more recycling companies that want to control the problem and properly recycle the generated waste.
The waste dump can be reduced through separate collection and recycling. In our company, we undertake a number of activities to protect the environment, implement sustainable consumption and production, and segregate waste. For the sake of our immediate surroundings, we clean the forest, involving our families as well.
We are not indifferent to the deteriorating condition of our environment, so we decided to create a product dedicated to the recycling industry. Our assumption was to create a durable and solid container that could be used for several years. Another element that we took into account when designing was its universality. We wanted to create a container suitable for various types of waste: electronic waste, plastic, metal, cardboard, parts obtained from car disassembly, glass or other small waste.
This would allow us to save raw materials and minimize waste during the production process, which is part of our business strategy.
Our Product Managers, using system solutions, developed a production technology for a container dedicated to the recycling industry. Thanks to their hard work, it was possible to create a product that:
- it is universal in use for various types of waste, which means that it can store large-size garbage and small plastic waste as well as production waste
- it is resistant to destruction – the metal structure guarantees durability of up to 15 years of use, and also protects the container against deformation
- has a wide range of load capacity – from 40 to 1000 kg,
- it has an opening front wall – it helps to loading and unloading, it improves the comfort of working with the container,
- it can be stacked up to several levels, it allows maximum use of warehouse space, which is an extremely economical solution from the company’s side,
- has a foldable structure,
- has a high resistance to weather conditions thanks to the use of a galvanized or hot-dip zinc coating,
- ensures safe storage of waste of various origins,
- has certificates confirming the quality of the raw material that comes from Poland,
- aesthetic appearance – allows for display not only in the warehouse or production hall, but also in the sales area or in passageways.
We wanted to make the storage and transport of waste friendly and easy, which will allow for material and logistic savings. Working with our containers you could achieve such effects. In addition, it significantly improves the quality and efficiency of employees. We are sure of it after many discussions with our customers who have been using our mesh containers for years.
