The octabin due to its design and materials it is made of, rotates 5 times maximum. In the case of a mesh container it is a minimum of 150 times. Number of rotations is therefore 30 times bigger. Of course, lifetime of a container depends on how it is being used and handled. Also the cost of the octabin
is lower than the cost of the mesh container. It should be noted, however, that with such high level of rotation, investing in metal container pays back after the 10th purchase of the octabin (assuming that each container was rotating min. 5 times).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Unfolding of the mesh container ready for use will take 30 seconds,\u00a0 folding of the octabin and completing the whole – at least two times more. Metal containers are adapted to transport by forklift trucks. Whereas the transport of octabins requires the wooden pallet, stretch film or other fasteners.\u00a0 This is an additional cost which should be invested to be able to use this type of carrier. Number of operations associated with the completion of octabin means also additional labour cost and substantial elongation of transport preparation process. As a manufacturer we guarantee easy and fast repair of containers
– ongoing maintenance service or delivery of spare parts. Each carrier regenerated by us has the same strength as a new one, which is guaranteed by

A track of 24 tons may be loaded with 52 units of both mesh containers and octabins (filled up). The situation changes in the case of empty carriers. Our mesh containers may be transported in folded form, the octabin lacks this function. This option allows loading min. of 182 carriers to a truck (depending on the type of vehicle, this number can even reach 252 pcs). This increases the capacity of transport by 3.25 times and significantly reduces the carbon footprint in the environment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In the case of the octabin it is possible to stack up to 3 layers upward. Our containers may be statically stacked under full load of 450 kg up to 6 upward. Safe stacking, unloading and loading are possible due to adequately designed containers feet. However, the skids in some of the models of our carriers allow to be used on roller lines or high storage racks. The ergonomic of work with containers and their handling is improved by the use of divided wall at the front of our carrier. Some models also have the rear divided wall. Fitting the container with a PP panel extends its application and ability of use to store smaller goods and package cargo.
