Restoration of logistic carriers

What is restoration?

Restoration is a process aimed to restore the functional properties of worn or damaged parts of the container.
It may be a comprehensive treatment, as a result of which the parts are restored to the required shape, dimensions, parameters and properties necessary for further operation (in accordance with the technical documentation). As a manufacturer of logistics carriers, we make full use of our expertise to renew and extend their life.

In the process of regeneration of logistic carriers, the following activities are performed, among others:

restoring elements to their original shape or completely
replacing damaged elements with new ones
filling of joints and welds,
replacing or replenishing polypropylene plates,
regeneration of zinc coating.

Stages of restoration:

1. Initial assessment of degree of damage of the containers. The first assessment is made on the basis of photo documentation provided by the client.
2. Sending the first test batch of carriers for regeneration to the company’s headquarters and final assessment of the degree of damage to the containers.
3. Disassembling the carrier.
4. Repair/replacement of spare parts.
5. Assembly of carriers and functionality check.
6. Preparing instructions for the proper use of the container and a declaration of conformity for the customer.
